The workshop begins at 1pm and ends at 4 pm.

We ask that you arrive 10 minutes early so you can get settled into the space.

You should bring your water, a comfy pair of socks/slippers- we’re a shoe-off zone. You can also bring your favourite notepad and pen (but we’ll be providing writing materials for you).

 

We’d prefer that you didn’t.

This session traverses tender ground, so we recommend that you come without your children so that you can fully connect with the material.
