This is a list of books covering the science and spirit of herbalism. They are ideal if you are beginning your journey into herbs and plant medicine or if you have some experience but are looking for different ways to connect with the medicines of the plants.

Hi there. I’m Wendy, and I’m deeply committed to empowering women like you to rediscover the innate healing wisdom of nature and your body.
My journey in this field began two decades ago with a Bachelor of Science (honours) degree in Herbal Medicine. Followed by a three-year advanced Shamanic Practitioner course.
These form the foundation of my practice, which I call Plant Spirit Herbalism. Where science, magic, and spirituality work side-by-side.
My ultimate mission is facilitating transformative interactions between you and the natural world. By working with me, like the hundreds of women before you, you’ll rediscover the profound wisdom of your own body.
It’s not just about healing; it’s about empowerment and a deeper connection with yourself and the natural world around you.
